Adoptables TOS
(separate from custom commisions)
Do NOT send payment without final confirmation by me.
A user who backs out from buying an adopt without notifying me (hiding or removing comment), will be blacklisted. If you send me a message letting me know your backing out, I will not blacklist you.
Do not take credit for the design or claim my artwork as your own.
Co-owning is allowed
Notify me if your about to sale/trade one of my characters.
Refunds will not be issued for custom or adopts, they are a final sale.
You are free to make any changes or alterations to the adoptable, but do not alter with the original piece before discussing with me first.
You can not resell the design for more than you paid, exception being if you've bought or drawn additional art, in which case you can add the value of said art onto the price.
You will not receive your high-res files until payment has been made to me 100% up front.
Must pay within 24 hours, no holds unless discussed to me privately.
These rules apply to anyone who owns a custom or design created by me.
Failure to comply will add you to my current (non-public) blacklist and you will not be allowed to conduct further business with me.

I do not tend to work in order from who has ordered first to last, I start with whose piece I'm most inspired by at that moment.
My Trello may not be updated at all times due to outside factors, if you're concerned about where your commission stands in terms of progress then please contact me directly.
If your commission is NOT on my Trello, then please give me a few days to add it, I do struggle with organization and tend to keep track of commissions in my head.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
ALL COMMISSIONED WORK discussed in this agreement are NON-COMMERCIAL and shall be treated as such. Individual contracts will be written when art is commissioned for COMMERCIAL (FOR-PROFIT) usage.
The commissioned piece you receive is for private and personal use only.
You ARE NOT ALLOWED to sell the artwork for profit or reproduce the image in any way.
Commissioned artworks may be reposted by the original commissioner. Credit must be given if reposted. This goes for custom designs as well as other commissioned works of any kind.
BASIC RULES
I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time.
I will not start any commission until full payment is made.
Credit must be given for any piece of work or design created by me. This must come in the form of a link to any of my public social media.
I will not produce or trade adult content work with anyone under the age of 18.
I hold the right to post or upload the artwork on my websites. If you wish to stay as an anonymous commissioner, please inform me.
REFUNDS & KILL POLICIES
I request for you to contact me first before opening a case via Paypal or your bank for a refund, please offer me 5-7 business days to get back to you. (Monday - Friday)
Chargebacks before or even after communication will immediately place you on my personal blacklist. You will not be allowed to use any of my artistic property, view further work or be allowed to work with me as a commissioner, even through other clients.
Refunds are ONLY available to commissioners, content such as pre-made designs (aka. Adoptables) may NOT be refunded for ANY reason.
Commissioner Clients may cancel at any time during the commission process.
If client wishes to cancel a commission after it has been started and before it is completed, for any reason, there will be a moderate kill fee.
If only the sketch has been completed, the kill fee will be 25% of the full cost of the commission.
If work has been completed to a point of 25-50%, kill fee will amount to 50% of the full cost of the image.
REQUIREMENTS & WAIT-TIMES
Do not ask me to draw in someone elseโs style or continuously request me to make changes that do not fall in line with the way I work.
A proper reference sheet or a simple non-shaded view of the character is needed when you are commissioning me. I will not work off huge descriptions unless it's for a custom or revamp of pre-existing character design.
Please be patient! I will post a journal or note my commissioners regarding any delays if something is going on
I often do have work outside of freelancing, while I try to prioritize my clients, my life is very busy and unexpected.
I can not give a definite turnaround time for commissions, I do try to get most commissions done within two to three months, but it could take up to six months at max.
Longer wait times should be expected for larger pieces such as complex custom designs and reference sheets.
Anyone under the age of 13 is strictly forbidden to contact me for any commission work.
Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly forbidden to contact me for any commission involving ANY nudity, sexual content, or even suggestive content.
By contacting me for any NSFW commission, you are expressly agreeing that you are over 18 years of age.
I reserve the right to terminate client interaction if at any point there is reason to suspect that a client under the age of 18 has attempted to purchase NSFW art, including but not limited to: nudity, artistic or otherwise, sexually explicit imagery, fetish content, etc.
WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE?
Please contact me if something you're wanting is not listed here.
I will draw anthro characters, soft gore, and NSFW content
I prefer to avoid: Robots, Highly-saturated characters, 'unpleasing' designs, scenery's, male characters (unless feminine)
I won't draw anime characters, humanoid characters, neko characters, couple or group art, or feral characters.
I will NOT EVER accept or consider: Discriminatory or hateful content (including ANY violent content relating to existing people, although depictions of violence to fictional groups may be acceptable), any form of sexual conduct involving minors/characters who appear to be minors, any form of sexual conduct involving non-anthropomorphic animals (bestiality), non-consensual sexual content, certain fetishes (personal discretion, usually just because I don't draw them well i.e. inflation), or anything which violates U.S. laws (intellectual property, copyright, or otherwise).
